Things to look for : In Photo A we see Longdon's Mill (Built 1803), This is replaced in Photo B by the Sir Peter Hilton Court buildings (built 1995) for Derby University. Photo Description : Baseball Ground view 1, Derby, Derbyshire Image Reference No. : DP-TAN-BBG1-57 Details : This is a view of the Baseball ground Things to look for : This is an external view of the corner the Normanton Stand where it meets with the Main Stand. I am standing on Shaftesbury Crescent, Vulcan Street can be seen going off to the right in the photo. Things to look for : Even though a century has passed the scene has not altered that much. Things to look for : Matlock Bath has not altered that much here, The buildings on the right which included the Petrifying well have been replaced. The pool with the Koi Carp fish and fountain is still there (just out of shot to the right). the fish Pond pub is just to the left of the photograph. Things to look for : These two modern shots show how the Five Lamps looked before and after the road layout alterations and installation of the new lamp standard from which the area got its name.
