Friargate Railway Warehouse :
This is a grade II listed building which was built by Krk and Ranndell of Sleaford in 1877-1878 to serve the Great Northern Railway's Friar Gate station goods yard.
Its a shame that the listed building which forms part of Derby's industrial heritage has been allowed to deteriorate into the state we see it in here. Hopefully the neglect will stop soon and the building can be returned to its former glory !
